Integrity…

Merriam Webster has for the first definition of Integrity as “firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values: INCORRUPTIBILITY,” but the way I always heard the word defined was, “Integrity is what a person does when no-one is looking,” and this is what I mean when I say the word. Gossiping, backstabbing, and all those other traits that people have that cause others to see them as “snakes,” are all due to a lack of integrity, but it is also something you cannot know about someone based on appearances, or background.

Credentials…

When a person is giving a presentation, one of the main goals is to establish their credentials. This is to show that they are someone that the person listening should see as an expert, or in other words, someone worth listening to. In the field of “Conspiracy Research,” these credentials can be as varied as the people in it. From people with doctorates to the guy that changed the trash at Area 51, all types are here, and all are offering their opinion as to what is going on. So how does a person determine who is worth listening to?

Set-Up for the Sell…

When it comes to the internet, there are several patterns you will find when doing research, and they all speak to the integrity of the person speaking, or writing, or vlogging, or whatever. There are those that use “click-bait,” and teaser pages that get you hooked with a tantalizing headline, only to have you click through a thousand pages for some innocuous ending that leaves you disappointed, with no new information. Then there are those that have a million words on their page that sound very educated and well put together until you realize they provided no links to any of the information, or if they did, it was taken out of context to guide you to the same conclusions they have. A recent example of this is the “hydraulic guillotines” memo recently “leaked” in Canada. Some very simple research allowed any person to discover that these were automatic paper cutters, but this did not stop several YouTube channels and conspiracy theorists from jumping on it and making posts. Things like this cause all of us in this field to have a bad reputation. Now, at MOTBR we simply provide you the information, explain the conclusion it led us to, then let you decide for yourself. We are meticulous about doing due diligence research before we post to verify the authenticity as best as we can, although there are always those stories that fool everyone, and that is why we tell you to pray about everything. Yes, there are links and ads on our site, and yes, if you choose to click them, we get revenue from them, but we are not getting rich here, nor are we trying to. Our main goal is providing information in a way that hopefully, allows you to see the same patterns we are. The fact that we are flat out telling you about the way we work speaks to the integrity of the authors. We are not trying to clickbait you or lead you on in any way. Every link on this page is something I personally use and endorse. Links on other pages are mainly useful books to read considering Christian eschatology, or other useful information and tools.

Academic integrity is something that cannot be stressed enough. Taking information from someone else and passing it off as your own is not only dishonest, but it also muddles the trail for those doing research in the future. Therefore, we always provide links and credit to those that came before us. This field of research is not one that is known for making people rich and famous unless you are working for someone’s agenda, so the least that can be done is to credit someone for new information or theories. I personally hold three degrees, one, an Associate in Applied Science as a Digital Media Specialist, one, a General Associates, and the third is a Bachelor’s in Applied Science as a Digital Media Specialist, with a minor in Professional Communications. Both of my Associates are Summa Cum Laude, and my bachelor’s is Magna Cum Laude. I also have two Certificates of Achievement in Media Production. I only tell you this because I hope this speaks to my ability to talk about media issues authoritatively. When I read, listen to, or see media, I see it with an eye that was trained to look for certain things that people without this education would not likely see.

So, You Think You Are Something Special Huh?

Well, in God’s eyes we are all special, so I would have to answer “yes!” to that question, but other than for that reason, no, I am not special. I will tell you what I am, however. I am someone that personally should not be here. I truly am here only because God wanted me here. I am currently forty-six years old and only got my life together in the last six years or so. Before that, I was living a life of shame. I could blame abuse as a child, or any number of other reasons, but the truth is I made choices that led me to jail, prison, and addiction. Again, I could say I wanted to cover up the pain, but no matter what the reason, I lived in a way for many, many, years that victimized myself, and other people with no care of anything but what I wanted right then. Between living the type of lifestyle that often leads to violent death, beating up my body in every way I could, and overdosing on Heroin, you can see why I say I should not be here.

But Aren’t You a Christian?

In late nineteen-ninety-two, I found myself in jail again, thinking I was on my way back to prison. I was attending a Bible study in jail while I was awaiting my sentence to get out of the cellblock for a while once a week. The guy teaching the study was explaining the “plan of salvation,” and he did so in a way that made things make sense to me for the first time ever. You see, I was not raised in the Church. For me to see the inside of a Church meant that someone was getting married, had died, or mom wanted to get rid of me for the day and stuck me on the neighborhood Sunday school bus. When I was there, I looked at it as a big recess period and learned nothing. The funny thing is this, I knew there was a God my entire life, and I spent years “looking” for him everywhere except Church. You know, those Christians are lame! I wanted to know the real deal, so beginning with childish attempts at “seances,” and then moving into Ouija boards, transcendental meditation, and eventually the kabbalah, Allister Crowley, “Native American Study,” and practicing Islam, my spiritual life paralleled my physical life in the chaos I experienced. At one point, in prison, I was practicing daily meditation on “Enochian magick” in my cell and somehow could not see the irony.

On My Knees…

On the way back from court one day, I was in a holding cell and was thinking about what that Bible study pastor had said. I decided to get on my knees and just give up. I gave up “looking” for God, I gave up “trying to figure it out,” and I just told God, “Fine, if this Jesus guy is really who you are and what you want me to follow, then I give up. Show me.” Somehow, I knew right then that I had done what I was supposed to do. I went back to the Bible study full of questions and read my Bible daily. I learned a lot, and God showed me in ways that could not be denied that he existed, but this is not some story about an immediately changed life. No, I had many mistakes left to make in life, and from ninety-two until now has been a very long road, and I made many painful mistakes in that time. To this day I am far from perfect, but I realize that sanctification is a process. Yes, Jesus can and does change people instantly, but he also works patiently in others over time. This was and is the case for me.

What Happened?

To say my family life was strange would be a bit of an understatement. I come from, for lack of a better way to say it, a so-called well-bred family, but my little part of it was, to put it bluntly, “white trash.” In other words, my mom was the one being gossiped about because of the choices she made, in a family with a lot of – and I mean a lot of – secrets. I hear you saying, “So what?” but trust me, it is relevant. Because of the nature of my family, I have direct knowledge of many of the things I write about. So-called “Monarch Programming,” and all those related subjects are not just conspiracy theories to me, but something I grew up knowing about and experiencing. In the introduction, I speak briefly of “U.F.O.” experiences I had growing up, and these were not only things I experienced, but also something that was experienced, and discussed, by other members of my family as well. The question then becomes, do my life and experiences give you more reason to listen to me? I guess that is up to you to decide, however, I will say this. There is some reason why I am driven to write about the subjects I do, and the profit motive is not one of them. There is a segment of people that will read the things I write and will immediately write me off as a “tinfoil hat” crazy, so obviously, the need to be accepted is not the motive either, so what is it?

Love & Fear

The Bible says in James 5:20 “consider this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of his way will save his soul from death and cover over a multitude of sins.” I for one, do not want to have an answer when God asks me what I did to share the truth of His word and what was coming to the Earth. This is the reason for this page and my writing. I would make some grand statement about how God told me the time was now to tell everyone what I know, but that would be a lie. The truth is, I let the devil keep me from doing this for many years and I should have been spreading God’s teachings my entire life, but I was blind and caught up in the world. I pray that He forgives me for the time I wasted, and I pray He makes me effective in the time I have left. Another verse that I pay great attention to is Ezekiel 33:8, “If I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you will surely die,’ but you do not speak out to dissuade him from his way, then that wicked man will die in his iniquity, yet I will hold you accountable for his blood.” Again, I want to know I did what I could to warn people…

So…. What Happened???

About six years ago, I was homeless and begging for money and change to get Heroin every day. My life consisted of going to the homeless shelters and the bus station between begging runs. I wanted to die and felt like I was doing prison time on the streets. I was in a daily argument with God about what to do. I knew I was doing wrong and knew I had to change. Finally, I came to the realization that my life was going to be what it was until I changed, or died. I did not want to be a body found by some kid on the way home from school, so one day I decided to go to the hospital and seek rehabilitation, and I meant it this time. This was not like when I told the judge I would go, this time, I really wanted it. From there, the doors were opened to a Christian one-year aftercare program where He provided me not so much the opportunity to turn my life around as to learn what life was supposed to be for the first time ever. I graduated from the one-year program, then managed the program for a year, all while going to school. I moved out eventually, then had my own place for a year, working and living the life of a single scholar. When I met my future wife, I married her a month later. We bought a home while I continued school and we both worked, but then Covid started, and we realized that our jobs may disappear, so she started a small business, which I help her with. God has blessed us in that we are able to pay our bills and keep a couple of people working, but more importantly, He has afforded me this way of reaching out to people with the message that I strongly feel He wants them to hear…

So, Are Those Good Credentials?
